How long do I have to make or change my selection?
You may freely add, change, or remove items from your rewards cart up until your child's next box is processing for shipment!
Can I return items redeemed with koins?
Merchandise redeemed via koins cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
How do you redeem kidpik koins?
From your account page, click on the KOINS button, then you redeem your kidpik koins for shop credit that can be used in the kidpik Shop.
Can I use more than one koin code in the kidpik Shop?
Yes! You can redeem as many koin codes as you would like in a single transaction.
Does my koin shop credit code expire?
koin shop credit codes will only expire if you cancel your membership. As long as you have an active subscription, your codes are good to go!
How many koins do I get for keeping 3 boxes?
For every 3rd box you keep you’ll receive an additional 150 koins, that’s 300 koins total on the 3rd box!
Can I return items purchased with koins shop credit codes?
Merchandise you have redeemed via koins cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Can I submit reviews and earn koins for previously purchased boxes?
koins can only be earned from 10/2/2020 forward.
