Plan a Staycation!

With vacations being canceled, it can be hard to unplug and get some must-needed rest. We’re here to help. While we can’t travel anywhere, there are plenty of things you can do in your hometown. We rounded up our favorite staycation ideas! Whether you’re from a beach town, or farmland, there’s something for everyone. First up is the one that requires the least amount of travel. Stay home and have a day of tech-free fun in the backyard! Gather everyone’s devices at the beginning of the day and leave them inside. Depending on where you live, you’ve probably driven by a local farm more times than you can count. Why not spend a day exploring! You can create a mini scavenger list of things for the kids to find, and teach them about how important farming is!

You know that one local trail you’ve been meaning to visit? This is the perfect time to go! A hike is a great way to get some fresh air and exercise.

A day at the beach is one of the best ways to have fun and relax. Spend the day splashing around in the waves and create sandcastles. Make sure you stay to watch the sunset over the ocean!
