These no-bake energy balls are the perfect school snack. Not only are they super tasty, but they also provide a great burst of energy to get your little ones through the school day. They’re really easy to make! This recipe makes thirty energy balls, but you can easily half or quarter the recipe for a smaller batch.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 cups quick oats
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup peanut butter (optional)
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- Roll into 30 balls.
- Refrigerate for up to one week or freeze for longer.
- Enjoy!
